Freedom Cape Town is led by Kris and Naomi Coppock, and a team of three other couples. Kris and Naomi are passionate about building a caring and vision-filled church community in Cape Town. They moved to Cape Town with their five children in 2018, in response to a strong call from God to join the effort to build his Kingdom in the City.
“We love people, love Jesus and love our city. That’s why we have started Freedom Church Cape Town. We want everyone who joins us to know they are loved by God and valued by our church. Whatever your story, whereever you are from you are welcome at Freedom Church.”
Kris is part of the Freedom Church movement’s Directional Leadership Team, and together Kris and Naomi oversee Freedom Church communities around Africa. They are originally from the UK, but moved to Cape Town from Kampala, Uganda.
